ZEMAX Annual Support
ZEMAX Support is included in new purchases of ZEMAX and is available to renew on an annual basis. Support from Optima Research gives you three things:
- Access to periodic program updates. ZEMAX is updated several times a year, supported customers can always use the latest and greatest version of ZEMAX
- Access to our technical support helpdesk (both in the UK and USA). Contact us by email or telephone and talk directly to a ZEMAX engineer to resolve any ZEMAX related problems you may have.
- Warranty on the hardware key. If you're supported and your hardware key fails, you can simply send it back for a replacement.
ZEMAX Premium Support
Premium support gives you all the benefits of ZEMAX Annual Support above, plus:
- 50% off the price of replacing a lost or stolen hardware key, saving you $2250 on replacing a ZEMAX-EE license.
- 10% off the price of attending Optima Research Training Courses, saving you £112 per standard course attended.
