All our public courses are held at our Training Suite in Stansted, UK. We are very close to London-Stansted airport, which has many low-cost flights from cities across Europe.

Course fees include notes, tuition, the use of one computer between two participants (this works best with the fast pace of the courses) and lunches. Other meals, accommodation and travel costs are not included.

All prices are Pounds Sterling.

Payment for all courses must be received prior to attendance. We can also run courses in your own organisation, and this is often beneficial if you need four or more people to be trained on the same subject, or if you wish to focus on areas of specific needs. Please contact us for details.

Please note: We must charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on all courses held in the UK at 17.5%. Participants from VAT-registered organisations outside of the UK must pay the VAT and can reclaim it from the UK authorities, along with VAT on hotel bills, restaurants, and other expenses incurred as part of attendance. Optima Research can provide advice on how to reclaim the VAT if needed.
